Shipping
SD Construction Materials, LLC takes pride in packing your order to ensure that the product arrives at its destination in the best condition. Standard Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard ground orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, subject to payment verification. Orders processed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling rates depend on the number of items ordered and the selected delivery method. Standard domestic shipments are processed through UPS.
Canadian/International Rates
Shipping and handling rates depend on the number of items ordered and the selected delivery method. UPS International and United States Postal Service options are available.
Canadian/international customers must pay the applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges. Your local government determines the duties, taxes, and customs charges, which vary by country. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the invoice total provided by SD Construction Materials, LLC. This additional amount due will be collected at the time of delivery of your order. At this time, we cannot provide the exact amount that will be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local government for specific details.
Expedited Shipping
If you need expedited shipping, you can change your delivery method to UPS AIR options when placing your order, and the corresponding shipping and handling charges will apply to your order. Air shipments will be sent the next business day, subject to payment verification.
PO Box (International Postal Shipments)
For international customers requesting their order to be sent via the United States Postal Service, a PO Box address will be accepted. Orders sent through the post office will have a longer delivery time and tracking numbers are not available.
Returns

Warranty: All SD Construction Materials, LLC products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. Our liability under all warranties, express or implied, will be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. This Warranty does not cover failures arising from normal wear, damage, misuse, or abuse of the product. Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it new and unused within 30 days of purchase. Under no circumstances can used products be returned. SD Construction Materials, LLC will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item via your original payment method whenever possible. Otherwise, a check will be issued. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited.

- Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Refunds will include only the amount of the product and taxes. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if the products had defects or damages during transportation, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
- We cannot accept returns COD.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply.
